What CWS does
Through our partners, we support a range of vital health services for the poorest children, young people, and mothers in Nepal.
We focus on developing and supporting low cost, innovative and effective services and methods of health promotion. These provide access to essential primary care, maternal health, and meet the more specific needs of the most vulnerable, and currently include:

- Since the beginning of the project, we’ve implemented 14 rural village health posts in remote Himalayan villagees of Kaski and Lamjung Districts.12 of these health posts have been handed over to the local government to manage. Currently, we are still supporting 2 health posts and continue to provide advice, capacity building and support.
- Youth health services, including specialised outreach care for street based and working children
- Mobile health clinics in urban slums which are growing exponentially
- A large urban child health clinic - the hub for other health services and referrals
- Safe Motherhood and maternal care (pre-natal and post-natal care)
