RACE RESULTS

We would like to thank all the participants, Urban Discovery, sponsors and volunteers for making CWS City Challenge a huge Success.The city challenge has raised just under HK$200,000 but more funds keep coming in – thank you!  If your friends would still like to sponsor you please let us know. 

A little goes a long way in Nepal – Our team is working hard over there to improve the lives of tens of thousands of children and their families.  We are able to do so much thanks to friends like you.  If you would like to learn more please email Zein on zein@cwshk.org or call 2526 8810.

We also sadly have to report Tony the Turtle missing …. we wonder why but he never made it to the finish-line…If you do happen to find him, please bring him to CWS in Central or contact zein@cwshk.org.

RACE STORIES

We as the organizing committee were all much impressed by your collective competitiveness and outstanding racing spirit.The event was a true celebration of Nepal and the work of CWS.

One story at CP ‘GIFTS FROM THE HEART’ captured our imagination.The team sourced a beautiful small robot as a gift for Douglas to bring to the CWS day care centers in Nepal. Asked for their motivation one team-member -himself originally from Nepal -responded: ‘because I never had one when I was a kid’
The more reason to thank the teams and sponsors for your amazing and continuous support to CWS.
